Once you have completed a Design Stage or an As Built SAP assessment, you will need to produce the relevant reports.

Whilst producing these reports it automatically saves them in a default location – My Documents\Stroma SAP\........ If you wish to return to the assessment then you can do so by clicking on ‘Exit Reports’ or the ‘X’ button (Fig 2).

Generate Batch Report
- Selecting the dwellings you wish to produce the reports for.
- Which reports you wish to produces.
- Where you want to save them.
- How the files should be produced (For example, as one document or several documents).
To include a dwelling in the reports, you simply need to add it to the ‘Included Dwellings’. This is done by clicking ‘Add’ (Fig 3)

Following the selection of the dwelling(s) you need to determine which documents you wish to include in the report (in this case all the reports have been selected) and where you want to save them. Finally, you have to select how the files will be structured and click ‘Generate’ (Fig 3).
